Travel and appointments create real costs. These Private Beta principles are designed to keep both sides clear before a task begins.
Before payment
You can walk away from a request at any time before accepting the final quote. There is no charge for simply sending a request.
After a task is confirmed
Your task confirmation will state the applicable cancellation terms, including any non-refundable travel already booked or costs already incurred with your approval.
No access / no-show
If Mateetaly arrives at the agreed location but cannot access the site or meet the agreed contact, we will attempt contact, document arrival and wait a reasonable period before closing or rescheduling the task. Travel and time already incurred may remain chargeable.
If Mateetaly cancels
If Mateetaly cannot perform an accepted task, we will explain the situation and refund the unperformed task fee in accordance with the confirmed terms.
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, the final checkout/confirmation process will include the legally required information and any express request needed to begin a service during the withdrawal period. This page is an operational summary, not a substitute for the applicable Beta Terms.
