Your information is used to handle your request.
This short Private Beta notice explains the current website use of personal data. It should be legally reviewed before large-scale advertising or expanded tracking is introduced.
Data we currently collect
Information you provide through the Find a Mate or Become a Mate forms, such as name, email, city, request details, English level and task interests.
Why we use it
To review requests, respond to you, assess feasibility, prepare quotes, manage potential onboarding and keep necessary operational records.
Who receives it
During the Private Beta, requests are handled by Mateetaly. Data may also pass through hosting/email providers used to operate the website and communications. When operational database logging is enabled, form submissions may also be stored in Airtable as an internal operations database.
Photos and task evidence
If a task is accepted, additional data such as photographs, video, contact details and task records may be processed where necessary to perform and document the agreed service.
Currency conversion
EUR remains the official price. If you choose another display currency, your browser may request an indicative exchange rate from Frankfurter’s public exchange-rate service. Mateetaly does not send your form details with that request. The conversion is optional and is not used for billing.
Your rights
You may contact hello@mateetaly.com regarding access, correction, deletion or other applicable data-protection rights.
Do not assume advertising pixels or analytics are active unless the site clearly tells you so. If Mateetaly introduces non-essential tracking, the cookie/consent setup must be updated first.
