How many things can I ask the Mate to check?+
Keep the visit focused. During the Private Beta we normally define a small number of specific observations so the task remains clear and reliable.
Can the Mate enter a private property?+
Only where lawful access and authorization are clearly established before the task.
Can I ask the Mate to investigate a person?+
No. Mateetaly does not accept surveillance, covert investigation or deceptive tasks.
What if the situation is different when the Mate arrives?+
The Mate documents the situation and contacts Mateetaly. Material scope changes are agreed in writing rather than assumed.
