Can the Mate negotiate for me?+
A Mate can communicate agreed questions or information, but negotiation, representation and authority to make commitments are reviewed carefully and may be outside scope.
Can the Mate sign something for me?+
Not as part of the standard service. Signing contracts or legal declarations requires separate legal authority and is generally outside the Private Beta scope.
Can the meeting be recorded?+
Only where lawful, appropriate and agreed by the relevant people. Otherwise the Mate can provide written notes and permitted photos.
Can this be combined with a Property Check?+
Yes. If the meeting is at a property, we can scope attendance plus agreed visual documentation together.
