CLEAR BOUNDARIES
Some things should not be carried by a Mate.
The Private Beta deliberately excludes high-value, sensitive, dangerous, regulated or unclear items.
- No cash, bank cards, jewellery or high-value valuables
- No weapons, dangerous goods or regulated substances
- No prescription medicines or controlled items
- No original passports or identity documents
- No animals or goods with unclear ownership/origin

Can you collect my passport?+
Original passports and identity documents are outside the standard Private Beta pickup scope.
Can the Mate pay cash for an item?+
Significant cash handling is not accepted. Any minor incidental expense would need to be explicitly agreed in advance and may still be declined.
Can you ship the item internationally afterwards?+
We can potentially coordinate a separate shipping step, but the carrier, costs and permitted goods would be confirmed separately.
Is travel included in the starting price?+
Not necessarily. Distance, transport expenses and travel time are confirmed in the written quote before payment.
