Before a task is accepted
We review the request for legality, scope, timing, distance, professional boundaries and practical risk. A submitted request is not automatically accepted.
Mateetaly is building a managed local-help network, not an open directory. During the Private Beta, every request is reviewed personally before it is accepted.
We review the request for legality, scope, timing, distance, professional boundaries and practical risk. A submitted request is not automatically accepted.
Accepted tasks are confirmed in writing with a Task ID, location, timing, agreed action, deliverables, exclusions and total price.
Depending on the task, completion may include timestamped updates, photographs, video, notes or a structured written summary.
Mates do not provide legal, tax, medical, immigration, engineering or other regulated professional advice unless separately qualified and engaged in that capacity.
As Mateetaly expands, local Mates will be onboarded by task category and access level. Identity verification, clear standards and task-specific permissions are part of the intended network model.
When network Mates begin handling tasks, customers should pay Mateetaly rather than an individual Mate directly, so the task record and support process remain intact.
Illegal or deceptive activity, unauthorised access, surveillance, emergency response, regulated professional advice, handling large amounts of cash or high-risk items, or any task we believe cannot be performed responsibly.
