A task only starts after we agree what the task is.
These are plain-language Beta terms for transparency. They should be professionally reviewed before Mateetaly scales paid activity.
1. Requests
Submitting a request is free and does not require Mateetaly to accept it.
2. Acceptance
A task is accepted only when scope, location, timing, deliverables, exclusions, total price and any travel/expense items are confirmed in writing and the required payment is completed.
3. What you are buying
You are buying performance of the agreed practical task, not a guaranteed outcome controlled by a landlord, authority, supplier, contractor or other third party.
4. Professional boundaries
Mateetaly does not provide regulated professional advice unless separately stated and lawfully provided by a qualified professional.
5. Changes
Material changes to scope, timing or costs require customer approval before additional work is performed.
6. Travel and expenses
Any applicable travel time, transport, parking, tolls, overnight costs or approved out-of-pocket expenses are identified or approved as part of the task record.
7. Cancellations and access
Task-specific cancellation/no-access conditions are included in the confirmation. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Communication
Customers should keep material instructions and scope changes in writing so they form part of the Task ID record.
9. Future Local Mates
When approved Local Mates are introduced, Mateetaly may assign or coordinate task performance while maintaining the customer task record and applicable standards.
This Private Beta page is a transparency layer, not final legal advice. Before scaling paid operations, Mateetaly should publish professionally reviewed consumer terms reflecting its final legal entity, invoicing model, withdrawal workflow and insurance.
