Travel outside the local area
The quote may include actual transport costs plus a travel-time fee. Longer journeys may be quoted as a half-day or full-day engagement. Parking, tolls, trains or overnight costs are agreed before payment.
Unexpected expenses
Mateetaly does not add material out-of-pocket expenses without customer approval. If a task requires a purchase or additional cost, we ask first and keep a record of the approval.
If the scope changes, the quote changes only after you approve the additional work.
